Thank you for shopping with It's A Great Store! We work with trusted print-on-demand production partners to create each item specifically for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item and destination.
Order Processing
All products are custom-made after an order is placed.
- Processing time: 2–7 business days
- During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
- Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Once your order has been produced, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International Orders
- Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days
Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping dates. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- High order volumes
- Supply chain disruptions
We appreciate your patience and understanding should delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect address
- An incomplete address
- Failure to claim a package
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with our production partner and carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
