Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product—we’ve got you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item:

  1. Place a new order
  2. Request a return (if eligible)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
